We had a rainstorm over the weekend, but that's not why this dandelion is covered in droplets of water. We also had heavy dew last night, but again, that's not why. In fact, I have a confession to make.
I'm a cheater.
Neither rain nor dew nor any form of natural created the water effect...unless you consider a spray bottle, set on mist, to be 'natural'. I am not above staging a photograph, and I was rather pleased with the result.

haha, you are not the only one. my grandpa even told me (while teaching me with his nice amazing camera) that spraying plants is a great way to get an awesome picture. i like it. :)
